BUSINESS INFORMATION

FCR Collectibles operates as the customer-facing trade name of FCR Management Services, LLC, a legally registered business entity. FCR Collectibles is registered to collect and remit sales tax in the state of Maryland in accordance with applicable state law.

SALES TAX

FCR Collectibles collects sales tax where required by applicable law. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid exemption documentation prior to purchase. FCR Collectibles reserves the right to verify exemption claims before processing tax-exempt orders.

RESALE DISCLOSURE

All products sold by FCR Collectibles are pre-owned or new trading cards, sealed products, and accessories sourced through legitimate secondary market channels. FCR Collectibles is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer.

All brand names, trademarks, and product names referenced in our store belong to their respective owners. Their use is solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the products being sold under the protections of the first sale doctrine under 17 U.S.C. § 109.

PRODUCT CONDITION

FCR Collectibles makes every effort to accurately describe the condition of all products listed in our store. Condition descriptions are based on our good-faith assessment using industry-standard grading terminology. Due to the subjective nature of card grading, condition assessments may vary. We strongly encourage customers to review all product photos and condition descriptions carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.

FCR Collectibles does not guarantee that any ungraded card will achieve a specific grade if submitted to a professional grading service such as PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC. No refunds or returns will be issued based solely on grading outcomes.

NO GUARANTEE OF VALUE

Trading cards and collectibles are subject to market fluctuations. FCR Collectibles makes no representations or guarantees regarding the future market value of any product sold. Past performance of any card's market value is not indicative of future value. Purchasing trading cards carries inherent financial risk, and FCR Collectibles assumes no liability for any loss in value after the time of purchase.

AUTHENTICITY

FCR Collectibles sells only cards and products we believe in good faith to be authentic. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, altered, or tampered products. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com. We take authenticity concerns seriously and will investigate all such claims promptly. In the event a product is confirmed by us to be inauthentic, resolution will be offered at our discretion which may include a refund with store credit.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through FCR Collectibles are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all available product information, photos, and condition descriptions and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued except in the limited circumstances described in our Return & Refund Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FCR Collectibles, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product sold through our store, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from a purchase made through FCR Collectibles, we encourage you to contact us first at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com so we can work toward a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, with venue in the appropriate courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on the FCR Collectibles store, including but not limited to product photography, store graphics, written descriptions, and branding, is the intellectual property of FCR Management Services, LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

FCR Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify this Legal Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
