RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
FCR Collectibles operates a strict all-sales-final policy. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles as a secondary market product, we do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds under standard circumstances. By completing a purchase with FCR Collectibles, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product photos, condition descriptions, and all available listing information carefully before completing a purchase. If you have questions about a specific item prior to purchasing, please contact us at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com before placing your order.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
FCR Collectibles does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Market value fluctuation after purchase
• Disagreement with condition assessment or grading
• Failure to achieve an expected professional grade (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, etc.)
• Duplicate purchases made in error by the buyer
NO REFUNDS
FCR Collectibles does not issue cash refunds under any standard circumstances. All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.
LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
FCR Collectibles recognizes the following narrow exceptions where a resolution may be considered at our sole discretion:
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to a documented shipping or packaging failure, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number, a written description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and all original packaging. Claims submitted outside this window will not be considered. Approved damage claims will be resolved via store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 5 business days of confirmed delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. FCR Collectibles will verify the claim against internal packing records. Confirmed errors will be resolved at our discretion, which may include store credit or replacement where inventory allows.
Confirmed Counterfeit Item
If a product is determined by FCR Collectibles to be inauthentic following an investigation, resolution will be offered at our discretion in the form of store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued by FCR Collectibles has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward future purchases in our Shopify store.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
FCR Collectibles takes chargeback and payment disputes seriously. By completing a purchase, you agree to contact FCR Collectibles directly at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the permanent suspension of your account and reporting to applicable fraud prevention services.
