SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
FCR Collectibles is committed to getting your order packaged carefully and shipped promptly. Please read the following policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & METHODS
FCR Collectibles ships via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is made to ensure the safest and most cost-effective delivery of your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:
• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (expedited, where available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FCR Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. FCR Collectibles is not responsible for tracking updates that may be delayed by the carrier.
PACKAGING & CARD PROTECTION
We take the condition of your cards seriously. All trading cards are shipped with appropriate protective packaging, including toploaders, card sleeves, team bags, or rigid mailers as needed, to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they were sent. Higher value orders may be shipped in boxes with additional padding at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
FCR Collectibles is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or other household members
• Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
• Contacting your local post office or delivery hub
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please contact us at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
All sales are final. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged due to a shipping error or packaging failure, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging materials
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be considered. FCR Collectibles reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether damage qualifies for resolution. In qualifying cases, resolution may be offered in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at fcrcollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will verify the claim against our packing records and resolve confirmed errors at our discretion.
ALL SALES FINAL
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. All sales are final. FCR Collectibles does not accept returns or exchanges, and does not issue refunds except in the limited circumstances described in our Return & Refund Policy.
